This class includes effective movement geared to keep your whole body happy. Sometimes we take you to the floor for a core, butt or legs. The weights range from 1-8 pounds. 40 minutes. Get in and get out. Short segments of cardio exercises with breaks in between. A total body blaster. 8 timed exercises, one minute each, repeated 4 times. With use of light hand weights and body weight for all fitness levels. Gain strength and a strong healthy mindset with this class.

This is a low impact class geared towards every fitness level focusing on strength and endurance. It will incorporate 10 second breaks between each song to prepare for set up and movement for what is coming next. Get ready for a total body involvement, including core work.
