Zumba®

50-60 minutes. Are you ready to party yourself into shape? Forget the workout, just lose yourself in the music and find yourself in shape at the original dance-fitness party. Zumba® classes feature exotic rhythms set to high-energy Latin and international beats. Before you know it, you'll be getting fit and your energy levels will be soaring! It's easy to do, effective and totally exhilarating.

STRONG Nation®

50-60 minutes. Combines body weight, muscle conditioning, cardio and plyometric training moves synced to original music that has been specifically designed to match every single move. Every squat, every lunge, every burpee is driven by the music, helping you make it to that last rep, and maybe even five more. Bring a mat.

Zumba® Toning

50-60 minutes. When it comes to body sculpting, Zumba® Toning raises the bar (or rather, the toning stick). Learn how to use lightweight, maraca-like Toning Sticks to enhance rhythm and tone all the target zones, including arms, abs and thighs. Zumba Toning is the perfect way to sculpt your body naturally while having a total blast.

Pound Fitness

40 minutes. Sweat dripping fun, this class is inspired by drumming. A perfect blend of cardio, conditioning, and strength training with yoga and pilates style moves. For all fitness levels. We provide the Ripstix that are needed for your drumming experience. Come call on your inner rockstar. Please bring a mat.


Cardio & Tone

50-60 minutes. Excellent blend of Aerobic exercises and weights to a variety of radio music. Incredible choreography, that is simple to follow. This class includes effective movement geared to keep your whole body happy. Sometimes we take you to the floor for a core, butt or legs. The weights range from 1-8 pounds. This class is so much fun and creates a want and need for more. Please bring a mat.


HIIT the BARRE

50-60 minutes. A perfect mix between BARRE above, and weight training to strengthen and tone your entire body, and get your heart rate going to burn calories. Bring a mat.


Kettlebell Grit

30-40 minutes. Using kettlebells, the music will move you through this class and keep you motivated. Get ready for a sweat dripping good time. This is a class geared towards every fitness level focusing on strength and endurance.  Get ready for a total body involvement, including core work. We have designed this class to run to the beat of the music and heavily emphasize safe movement of body and kettlebell. 


Tabata 

30-40 minutes. A timed total body blast workout! This interval workout is designed to get your heart rate pumping by using dumbbells and body weight training. Designed for all fitness levels, you'll gain strength and a strong healthy body and mindset with this class. 


Leg Lab-(Not currently on the schedule)

30-40 minutes. Work that lower body during this class focused on strengthening, sculpting and toning the lower body. Bring a mat.

Stretch&Strengthen- (Not currently on the schedule)

20-30 minutes. Promotes flexibility, relaxation, and strength. Something we all need more of in our lives. Please bring a mat. 


Zumba® Step-(Not currently on the schedule)

Step Aerobics combined with upbeat rhythms. A Step riser  is used during class.  Strengthen and tone your legs and glutes. Cardio workout.  For all fitness levels.

Ultimate Box n' Burn

35-40 minutes-Pay per session or per class. A timed workout alternating between a provided boxing routine with a boxing bag, and high intensity circuit, using body weight and weights. Please bring a mat, and boxing gloves are recommended to  get full benefit of the class.
